We can all use a healthy dose of "Working Smarter and not Harder", which leads me to today's blog topic: "Sharing Resources". Anytime we can share the resource we have developed to support our 4-H program we make the life of a fellow Extension agents easier, and they in turn, will make our life easier.
What I would like to propose today is the sharing of promotional and marketing material you have developed/used in your county. I will facilitate the sharing of these resources around the district. What I need you to do is send me your stuff.....preferably in electronic format. Send me anything you are currently using to market your 4-H program. I will get these items posted in a way that we can all share and benefit from each others work.
