212 Degrees

Thanks go to all of the District 9 Extension Staff involved in the "Enhancing the 4-H Experience" training. Your commitment and dedication to the 4-H youth showed through your engagement and participation in this kick off event, to reaching even more youth through 4-H.

I hope that each of you can embrace the challenge presented by 212 degrees. In so many examples, that concept shows how narrow the gap is between success and failure. It also shows that with well directed extra effort large benefits can be gained.

The video clip used during the training can be viewed online at http://www.212movie.com/.

You can also get a copy of the book at http://www.simpletruths.com/index.asp

Please continue to work on the action plan, if you were unable to complete it during the training. Ideally this plan should be developed by the entire staff, so inclusion on an office conference agenda may be the best rout for completion.

I will send feedback to each of you regarding the plan you have created and I welcome any questions you may have or requests for assistance you may need.

Take Care,
Kevin
