Sneak Peek for 4-H Coordinators

I want to take this opportunity to share with you a preview of a "work group" instrument we will be using at tomorrow's training. The document is currently posted in pdf format on the D9 web page under agent resources. It is titled "Action Plan".

4-H Coordinators and 4-H Agents are going to be asked to lead a discussion with the professional staff from their county, using this document. Many of you may find it beneficial to pre-read this document before attending the training.

During the training we will break into county groups and complete this instrument. For those agents in single agent counties, you will meet together as a collection of counties to share ideas.

Some of the questions on this document are thought provoking others are a matter of, just knowing the facts. It is my hope that by completing this instrument with our co-workers we will reinforce the philosophy that 4-H is everybody's responsibility in Texas AgriLife Extension.
