Results are posted(being posted) for all the District Contests we have completed thus far. Go to the D9 Web Page and results are posted with each individual contest.
We are also posting a State Roundup Qualifier List. State Roundup Registration is Open on 4-H Connect. Please make sure your qualifiers get registered by May 7.
Special thanks go to Sheryl Nolen for scanning the Judges Choice Winners from the District Photography Contest. These photos are also posted on the District Website.... The kids take some truly awesome pictures.
Horse News:
You probably know by now that District 4-H Horse Show Entry is open and running on 4-H Connect. Please make a plan to spend extra time certifying entries this year. The process requires that the certifying county enter a Horse Validation Number. This is a new requirement and will probably take more time than we would like.
Sign of the times: The Southern Region 4-H Horse Show will be requiring all riders to wear helmets in all events. Something to think about; we will probably see this trend moving our way.
